Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flow, and Salesforce integrations. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications following best practices.
  • Build and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and system performance using debug logs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
  • Work as an Individual Contributor (IC) while supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong programming expertise in:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
    • Salesforce Flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • JSON
    • XML
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration capabilities.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC) in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
